Here’s something to keep you dancing through the weekend. Today’s SPA Creative Connection artist is award-winning choreographer, teacher, and writer Kristina Koutsoudas. Kristina teaches cultural dances from the Middle East, North Africa, and Mediterranean regions. Although her classes and dance programs are postponed indefinitely, Kristina encourages us to keep dancing, “for dance is about rising above our sorrow to remember our true life.”

Her dance is inspired by a scene she experienced in a Moroccan café circa 1970.
